I grew up in a very serious family and we really didn't laugh much or joke much. Therefore, I've always been such a serious person and I think my seriousness affects my attitude, I have a heavy attitude. I think Ms. DeMuth hit it with #10 about having joy. I think the key and the biblical concept behind being lighthearted and being able to laugh is having true joy. That is one principle that I need to constantly remind myself to have...true joy because we have hope.
