Amen to all 3, but especially to #2! It's amazing how the Bible was written thousands of years ago, but you are correct, it is "still full of amazing life-giving truth!" What's amazing is that the Bible is full of practical every day living truth to help us with our relationships and issues here on earth, but even more-so, the Bible instructs us how to live a life for eternity to help us build our relationship more with our Lord.
